Julie Teel
BROKER/OWNER
Julie is the broker/owner of both offices and was recently named one of America's Top 100 Real Estate Agents as well having been inducted into the RE/MAX Circle of Legends. She is known for her fierce negotiation skills, spot-on market analysis, unshakable integrity, and unmatched determination. Julie knew her passion from a young age and is a graduate of Baylor University, where she majored in Finance with a minor in Real Estate. She is an avid plant lover, bridge player, jet-skier, mama to 3 grown children, and wife to fellow team leader, John. Together they reside at the Shores on Richland Chambers Lake where they are literally, living their dream.
John Teel
OWNER/AGENT
John is co-owner of both offices with his wife, Julie. With a background in construction, people/project management, and a ranch of his own - John brings specialized knowledge to the team. He is well-known in the lake area for being one of the most friendly guys around and enjoys when clients turn into friends. His passion for people led to the founding of Benefit RC, a local non-profit that has donated over $100K to local volunteer fire departments. When he isn't selling real estate or being world's best dad, he can be found on stage rocking out as the leader of a local band, The Fog.
Lacey Ogburn
BUYER SPECIALIST
Lacey is a top producer year after year. Her genuine personality, knack for organization and innate drive fare an asset to every client she touches. She has two degrees from A & M and is an avid nature-lover who can identify most any plant or animal. She is also the mother of two teenage daughters and enjoys spending time with her family and horses where they reside at 3R Ranch.
Parker Teel
BUYER SPECIALIST
Parker has been on the Teel team from the beginning and became a licensed Realtor in the fall of 2021. He was raised on his Grandfather’s ranch outside of Corsicana, and knows Navarro County like the back of his hand. He is a Navarro and Texas A&M grad as well as a veteran, and enjoys fishing on the lake, playing golf, and working on the family ranch.
Debbie Bonner
BUYER SPECIALIST
Debbie joined the Teel Team in 2022, and has been a licensed REALTOR since 2015. Making her start in Michigan and graduating from MSU with both a Bachelors and Masters degree, she then relocated to Texas and taught at Navarro College from 2002-2015.
Her bright personality and knowledge of the area provides her clients with exemplary service. She enjoys traveling, spending time with her pets and gardening.
Lisa Broome
BUYER SPECIALIST
Lisa joined the Teel Team in 2023 as a buyer's agent. She was born in Dallas but raised in Navarro County, mainly in the Richland Chamber Lake area. She attended Navarro College and has been a paralegal for over 30 years dealing with property so it makes sense she would be interested in serving as agent. Mom of two grown daughters and married to her fishing buddy she enjoys anything that deals with the outdoors.
Angie Rennie
TEAM ADMINISTRATOR &
TRANSACTION COORDINATOR
Angie is our Transaction Coordinator and Office Administrator. She is passionate about making sure every one of our clients has a seamless transaction once under contract and making sure that our busy agents have all the tools to make your experience excellent. She is a licensed Texas Notary. She is mom to two adult children and in her personal time, she enjoys spending time with her husband and her dogs living their best life here at the lake since 2021. She loves baking, plants, crafting and travel.
Linda Denning
CLIENT CARE COORDINATOR
Linda is our office cheerleader, ray of sunshine, and the ultimate go-getter! As a Richland Chambers Lake resident, Linda brings a plethora of local knowledge and multiple smiles per day to the team and she co-ordinates many of our team events. She is passionate about Benefit RC, our local non-profit, and is a huge help with our annual fundraising efforts. Linda is a mother of 2 grown children, and enjoys weekends on the lake with her husband, Keith.
Jessica Growden
LISTING COORDINATOR
Jessica is our Listing Coordinator and a licensed Real Estate Agent who ensures that every client feels supported and our agents have everything they need to deliver top-tier service. With a love for marketing and design, she brings creativity and thoughtful detail to every listing.
A proud mom of five, she spends her personal time cheering on her kids at their activities, enjoying the outdoors with her three-legged Australian shepherd, and taking the mic for a good karaoke session. She’s also a fan of college football. Gig 'em Aggies!
